Let's not neglect diet...you are what you eat...so for 30 Days we challenge you to do your part with your diet. 

 

We opted for the vegan challenge...but that's up to you. Maybe you decide to cut back on meat and find dishes that are loaded with nutrients while focusing on veggies and fruit and your bodily intake of h20. πŸ’§πŸ‰β›²
